Work at La'au Nui

At La-au Nui, we have a special focus on regenerative soil health, mulching, and organic farming practices. These labor-intense activities mean that we have on-going opportunities for extended work trade and short-term paid positions for most age groups. As part of our application process, we ask applicants to provide a short personal essay (400-600 words) stating their interest areas in tropical farming. If you are new to tropical farming, we invite you to perform some baseline research to help discover some areas of interest to inform your essay.
